The location of the hotel was great, just across the street from a central station. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was decent, with options. The receptionist I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very close to the city center and all the attractions, including the zoo.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It's very well situated, right outside the main train station and close to everything in the area. The service was amazing, with the staff being super helpful and friendly during my check-in and check-out. The room itself was top-notch, with great amenities like a flat-screen tv, free wi-fi, and ironing facilities. Plus, the dining options were fantastic - I especially loved the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area.

Our room had a few issues. The bathroom had a constant smell of smoke, quite unpleasant.

We loved the spacious room with plenty of cupboard space, perfect for our belongings as foreign tourists. The hotel had a sleek and modern look, and the location was ideal, close to Central station and the shopping area. There were numerous restaurants nearby, and we could even walk to the old town. The hotel offered transfers to the station and airport, which was a great bonus. The reception personnel were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond. They allowed us to check out two hours later and even took care of our luggage after we checked out. We will definitely visit again. Many thanks to the amazing reception desk staff.

It was also not far from the city center and right next to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was better than most European hotels and the hotel had good hygiene standards.
